These General Conditions of Use and Contracting (hereinafter “the General Conditions”) govern access to and use of the website accessible through the domain name www.arrs-seram2023.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, “the Web Site”), as well as the contracting and payment of services through it. The simple access to the Web Site confers the condition of User of the Web Site (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies the acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. If the User does not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, he/she must immediately leave the Website without using it.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User declares:
That he/she has read, understands and comprehends what is set forth herein.
2. That, in the event that he/she intends to contract any product and/or service, he/she has sufficient capacity to do so.
3. That he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

Through this Web Site, EMIRAL offers a service for the advance sale of tickets to events, congresses, etc., hotel room reservations, transportation, etc., payment of training courses, etc., facilitating the public and users the acquisition of services, managing on behalf of the promoter the distribution of the same.
In these Legal Conditions you will find all the necessary information about the procedures to be followed by the user to register for events, congresses, training courses, etc., terms and conditions, refund policy, etc.

Access to the Web Site
Simple access to the Web Site is free of charge except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
Rules for use of the Web Site
The User undertakes to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the provisions of the law, morality, public order and these General Conditions, not using them to carry out illegal or criminal activities that infringe the rights of third parties and/or violate any rules of the applicable legal system.
The User agrees to:
I.- Not to introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or terrorist nature or that violate human rights.
II.- Not to introduce or disseminate on the network data programs (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third party Users of the Internet network.
III.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized in the Constitution and in international treaties.
IV.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.
V.- Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively conceived for that purpose.
VI.- Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in such a way as to mislead the recipients of the information.
VII.- Not to impersonate other Users by using their registration keys to the different services and/or contents of the Website.
VIII.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that correspond to the owners of the Website or third parties.
IX.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of the secrecy of communications and personal data legislation. The User undertakes to indemnify EMIRAL against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that it may be obliged to bear as a result of the User’s breach of any of the above rules of use, reserving, in addition, EMIRAL the right to request compensation for damages.
Content and services linked through the Web Site
The Web Site may contain technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, EMIRAL will only be responsible for the contents and services provided in the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not deactivated the link to them with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, he/she may communicate it to EMIRAL, without in any case this communication entails for EMIRAL the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances should the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the formalization of agreements between EMIRAL and those responsible or owners thereof, nor the recommendation or promotion of the Linked Sites and/or their contents by EMIRAL.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, EMIRAL is not aware of the contents and services of the Linked Sites and, therefore, is not responsible for the damages that their unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness may cause to the User or any third party.
- Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of EMIRAL or third parties, and may not be understood to include
transferred to the User none of the exploitation rights recognized by the current legislation on intellectual property on them.
The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs published on the Web Site are owned by EMIRAL or third parties, without any right over them being transferred to the User.
Terms and conditions
Main characteristics of the shows and/or events
The main characteristics of the events, congresses, training courses, etc. offered through the Web Site can be consulted in the descriptive card with which they are presented either on the Web Site itself or on the web site of third parties.
Purchase procedure and payment methods
The language in which the user may formalize the contract is Spanish. The procedure to purchase products through the Web Site is as follows:
1º.- From the event website, the User must enter his/her name, surname, ID number, province, telephone number and e-mail address and select the type of registration, as well as the rest of the information that may be requested in order to correctly manage the registration.
2ª.- Next, if the information that appears is correct, the User must select “METHOD OF PAYMENT”, which can be by bank transfer or BBVA virtual POS.
3ª.- To finalize the user must accept by means of a checkbox the contracting conditions and click on the “Accept” button.
4ª.- If the payment is to be made by bank transfer the user must send proof of payment via email to the email address provided in order to verify the existence of the payment, it will be mandatory to state the name of the attendee. Upon receipt of such proof of payment, the User will receive, at the e-mail address provided, an e-mail confirming the successful completion of the purchase process with information regarding the event for which registrations have been purchased, as well as a reference number of the order. This reference number uniquely identifies the purchase made through the Website and is the way for EMIRAL staff to identify your purchase in case you have any queries. EMIRAL will keep electronic proof of the purchase made by the User, and will be available to the User upon request.
5º.- If the payment has been selected by payment gateway, the User must provide the additional data corresponding to the purchase card and confirm the purchase by clicking on the button called “Finish”. The User will receive, at the e-mail address provided, an e-mail confirming the successful completion of the purchase process with information regarding the event for which registrations have been purchased, as well as an order reference number. This reference number uniquely identifies the purchase made through the Website and is the way for EMIRAL staff to identify your purchase in case you have any queries. EMIRAL will keep electronic proof of the purchase made by the User, and will be available to the User upon request.

Correction and identification of data entry errors
When the User forgets to fill in any information marked as mandatory with a red asterisk, he/she will not be able to advance in the contracting or validation process until he/she has completed it. A message on the screen will warn you of this circumstance.
As stated in the description of the purchase procedure of these General Conditions, the User may review and modify the order data before finalizing the order.
Collection of registrations/reservations
EMIRAL does not send registrations/reservations by postal service. They will be received only by direct printing attached to the e-mail we will send you after confirmation of payment.
Price and shipping costs
The prices indicated for each service include, unless otherwise indicated, Value Added Tax (VAT) and, in any case, are expressed in Euro currency (€).
VAT applicable to hotel room and travel contracts will be 10%.
VAT applicable to conference registration will be 21%.
Right of withdrawal
The User must make sure of the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered before proceeding with the purchase, since it is not possible to return tickets purchased for shows or events with show status once the purchase has been made. Not being able to attend or making a mistake when registering are not grounds for a refund. Entries may be cancelled due to possible technical or operational incidents attributable to EMIRAL. In this regard, the User may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination provided for in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, as the exercise of the same is excluded.
For the cancellation of the stay in reserved Hotels the refund policy will be as follows:
Between 60 and 40 days prior to the event, the reservation may be cancelled with a penalty of 50% of the amount.
Between 39 and 21 days prior to the event, the reservation may be cancelled with a penalty of 75% of the amount.
The last 20 days before the event, the reservation may be cancelled with a penalty of 100% of the amount.

Cancellations of registration as congress attendees must be requested in writing and will be reimbursed once the congress is over, with a 50% penalty for cancellations made 30 days in advance and 100% for cancellations made later.
Notwithstanding the above, when the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or unduly, using the number of a payment card, the holder of the same may request the cancellation of the charge to EMIRAL as long as the prior filing of a complaint for these facts is accredited. The refund will be made by means of a written claim, which must be accompanied by the documents (complaint) proving the loss or theft of the card with which the payment was made.
Complaints, claims and requests for information
The User may address complaints, claims or requests for information to EMIRAL’s Customer Service Department, using any of the following channels:

EMIRAL will respond to the complaints received as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month from the submission of the complaint.
EMIRAL will provide the User with an identification code and/or a receipt by e-mail, so that the User has a record of his complaint or claim.
EMIRAL has official complaint/complaint/complaint forms, which the User can request from the Customer Service Department. (this is mandatory) They can be purchased at any bookstore

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and these General Conditions shall subsist in all other respects, and such provision shall be considered totally or partially as not included.
Applicable legislation
These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Among others, by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and the Law 34/2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce.
Competent Jurisdiction
In case of litigation between EMIRAL and the User, the User may bring his action before the Spanish courts corresponding to the domicile of EMIRAL, or before the courts of the place where the User is domiciled.
