PALEXCO is located on the Transatlantic Pier of the port of A Coruña, next to the sports marinas.

It is strategically located in the center of the city, just a few minutes walk from the commercial, hospitality, cultural and leisure center of A Coruña.

It is also close to the city’s main communication infrastructures: airport, train and bus stations.

Located in front of the Atlantic Ocean, A Coruña is a city whose history is closely linked to its old fishing and trading port.

In addition to the Tower of Hercules, one of the symbols of the city, the peninsula on which the Old City sits houses an interesting Romanesque ensemble of streets, squares and medieval churches.

The Aquarium Finisterrae, the Domus and the Science Museum are some of the spaces that show the most modern and playful face of the capital of A Coruña, which offers one of its most beautiful views on the wide beaches of Riazor and Orzán. All this is completed with a gastronomy recognized throughout the country, marked by the excellence of its seafood and meats from the interior of the province.

The port has always been the scene of some of the most important historical events of the city, such as the defeat in 1589 of the English corsair Francis Drake thanks to the resistance of the people of A Coruña, led by the heroine María Pita.
